Project Vision Document for Tele Health

Question: Discuss about the Project Vision Document for Tele Health. Answer: Introduction The project discusses about the interaction between the tablets an computer utilized by the end-user of the Tele health. The system provides care through remote monitoring facility (Abolfazli, 2014, pp-340). The document is presenting the problem, benefits and capability of the cloud based system that may be implemented in the rural and remote areas of NSW for old people. The scope of the document is inadequate for the hardware and software improvement needed in rural and remote areas using cloud based systems. The cloud based mobile application will provide the capable and beneficial results for the end users. Background o the project The efficiency and capability of the hardware and software elements should be improvised as the old people are living in rural and remote areas of NSW. The project specifies the aim that the cloud based mobile application will allow the proper specialist to get the correct data of the patient at the proper time (Kamal et al., 2013, pp- 40). The Tele health wants to transfer the proper data of the patients through cloud platform to the proper physician around the globe. Problem statement The main problem statement highlighted in the document is that, the patients are registered with a particular healthcare organization that has a range of specific doctors (Abolfazli, 2014, pp-350). Therefore, if these doctors are not capable of analyzing the situation of the patient then he has to compromise with the situation as the platform does not provide scope to consult with any other physicians. Tele health want to make this platform open to globe that will make every interaction possible (Spinsante Gambi, 2012, pp- 8). It is very difficult to implement hardware and software system in rural and remote areas so cloud based system will help to solve this problem by providing remote facilities. Capabilities The capabilities of Tele health is that they are capable of monitoring the condition of the old people through the cloud based platform (Menon, 2014, pp- 6). The organization checks the condition of the patient through the remote monitoring system and provides the data to the proper physician, who can recognize the problem (Kamal et al., 2013, pp- 60). The improvised cloud based system also provides the facility of getting accurate medicines for proper treatment according to the condition of the patient. Benefits of project The benefits of the project are given as follows: Physicians and patients can search for better option in the cloud platform. The clinical data are protected from all kind of malwares. Numerous specialists are allowed to view the details of the patients. The database gets protected by the cloud- based systems. The project will increase the scope treatment Patients will be benefitted by the cloud based services provided by the Tele health Conclusion Tele health has the good track record in providing the healthcare services to the patients. the organization provide immediate and proper care to the patients for their emergency treatment. This document provides the benefits, capabilities and problems of the system for the betterment of the organization. The mobile application will allow the physicians to know the proper condition of the patients by interacting with them directly. References Abolfazli, S., Sanaei, Z., Ahmed, E., Gani, A., Buyya, R.
